Does an 8G Nano 5thgen I-Pod function re: downloading etc. if I only have Windows XP, not Windows 7?
I saw the ColorWare things and to be honest, I found them way overpriced. For those who really wish they could get a different colour for their BlackBerry and have the money for it, go for it, but for me… Of course, a much cheaper (but not as attractive) options is just to purchase a rubber skin for the phone. Or, you can even just purchase a stick on skin. Some companies even allow you to create your own skin and they simply print it out and ship it to you. Personally, I like my BlackBerry Storm to look as perfect as possible, so I just use a protective skin (Phantom Skinz) on it and that’s all. XL, I’m glad you like it. And I’m glad to see that you also added the part about it voiding the warranty. That’s something that most people don’t think about but if something goes wrong with your phone, you could end up looking at $600 paper weight.
I’ve had my 9700 for just under a month now, but find myself losing it at dark restaurants and in dim lighting. While we can change the blackberry screen contents, I miss my 8830′s colour trackball personalization option. Then I saw how easy it was do myself on the colourware website…. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7ouybwLQo8 . Wow it even has a wizard to quickly build a suggested colour scheme. With the current exchange rate so good, I decided to splurge on it (Metalic paint? Yes!). Three weeks later it arrived in the mail. The toughest part was the side clips. Be careful to not snap your keyboard off as it’s easy to catch easily during the removal. WARNING: As this means taking your phone part, this will likely void any warranty you have on your phone. For me I’m more likely to lose my phone with my senile eyes, so it was worth taking a chance for me.

As long as you have a working USB port, the proper cables, and have installed iTunes for free, you are good to go! You can also get all sorts of information and help regarding iTunes or iPods from Apple’s website .
If I understand you correctly, you have a headset that has two connectors, one for the headphones themselves, and one for a microphone on the headset? If this is the case, you can plug in the connectors to the headphone jack and the microphone jack, respectively. On the other hand, if you mean you have a headset with a single connector that you want to use as the microphone and the headphones for your HP mini, then I don’t think it’s possible unless it comes with software and it’s own adapter. In this case you would likely only be able to use the headset as a pair of headphones with your HP netbook. But you can still use the built-in microphone if needed.
how can i upload songs to my ipod if i upgrade my old computer?
Thanks for the question. There are a few different ways you can remove this passcode for your iPod touch. The easiest way is to restore it using a previous backup with your iTunes software. This all depends on if you have a current backup of your tunes/apps/games etc. This will only work on the computer that the iPod is authorized on. Connect your IPOD Touch to iTunes Press or Hold the power and home keys 10 seconds. Screen goes black, now release the power button Make sure you do not release the Home key until your iTunes says "We have detected an itouch in recovery mode." After this its simple all you got to do is a simple restore using your iTunes.
